PURITY COMES FROM PROCESS

Clean paper doesn’t just come from clean plants—it takes thoughtful, tightly controlled processing to preserve that purity all the way through. That’s where many papers fall short. Harsh bleaching agents, chemical accelerants, or low-quality adhesives can sneak into the final product without ever being obvious to the naked eye.

At Pure Cones, our production process is designed to avoid shortcuts and focus on safe, minimal processing from start to finish:

NO CHLORINE BLEACHING

Instead of bleaching with chlorine or peroxide, we use oxygen-based methods (where needed) to maintain clarity and color—without introducing chemical residue.

NO ADDED ACCELERANTS

Our papers burn evenly and consistently because of how they’re made—not because of hidden additives meant to speed up the smoke. That means a smoother experience for consumers and less risk for your brand.

NO SYNTHETIC DYES OR INKS

The materials we use—especially in branded cones—are made with soy-based, food-safe ink. The paper itself is naturally colored based on the plant it’s made from. No artificial tints, no mystery colorants.

ONLY PURE ACACIA GUM

Every cone is sealed using a small, even line of natural acacia gum, a clean, plant-derived adhesive tapped from acacia trees. It’s the gold standard in rolling paper production—safe, food-grade, and fully compliant. No animal byproducts, no artificial binders, and no funky taste. Just a clean seal that does its job without calling attention to itself.
